Role Description:
As an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rick Hore - State Farm Agent, you will be vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
