Client Job Title: Training Specialist Duration: 6 months Location: Chester, VA 238363 days in office and 2 days remote Required Experience Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in classroom and/or web-based training needs analysis, instructional design, development, implementation, and maintenance. Experience applying the ADDIE instructional design methodology is preferred. Strong written communication and technical documentation skills. Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and computer-based training materials. Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred, but not required.
