Key Responsibilities/SkillsMove costs for that were miscoded in the project accounting system. Open new cost codes and maintain various databases with cost codes. Run transaction detail reports upon request. Run a variety of project reports from accounting/reporting software on a monthly basis. Review shopping carts with proposed purchases to verify cost coding and budget. Organize and maintain supporting documentation for changes to the monthly forecast (change reports) Run weekly labor unit cost reports using.
