Job Title
Job Overview
Pay Range: $35.00hr - $40.00hrRequirement/Must Have:
Minimum 3+ years of experience within the last five years supporting Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, system networking, and cloud platforms. Strong experience with Windows administration and Microsoft 365 administration. Strong experience with cybersecurity operations and endpoint management. Experience with Help Desk support and SharePoint administration. Experience supporting hybrid and cloud-based environments. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Must successfully pass a background investigation and security review prior to assignment. Must maintain strict confidentiality of all organizational information. Must adhere to cybersecurity best practices and all applicable security policies.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive managed IT services for the environment.
Serve as the primary IT support resource for approximately 30 users.
Manage help desk support and Microsoft 365 administration.
Oversee cybersecurity, device management, and system monitoring.
Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.
Handle IT asset management and strategic technology consulting.
Work closely with staff, the Contract Manager, and partner IT personnel to maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment.
Ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Coordinate with vendors and handle documentation and reporting.
Nice to Have:
Microsoft Certified Administrator certifications.
Microsoft Security certifications.
Azure Administrator Associate.
