Role: IT Analyst II - Desktop Support

Location: Valley, Nebraska(onsite)

The Opportunity

Must haves:

7+ years of IT Infrastructure hands on, in person experience supporting Windows PCs, Windows Server OS, HP and Zebra printers, and basic networking.
Azure & Intune experience
Windows PC & Windows Server support
Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, NAC)HP/Zebra manufacturing printer support

Nice to have:

Manufacturing plant IT support experience
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Microsoft Teams supportITSM (IT Service Management) experienceMOC (Management of Change) experience
Experience managing IT dashboards and ticket queues
Site vulnerability management experienceFDA and GMP regulated environment experience
Business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering experience
EducationHS Diploma
