Dallas, Texas Open to Remote Full Time$115k - $145kWe are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a growing AI and machine learning organization focused on developing next-generation predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and generative AI solutions. This role will partner closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems that drive real-world business outcomes. In this role, you will contribute to the development of production-grade machine learning and AI applications, including predictive models, agentic AI systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, and large language model (LLM) integrations. You will work across the full AI lifecycle, from system design and model development through deployment, monitoring, and optimization, while helping establish best practices for modern AI engineering.
