Yearbook Account Representative

Position Overview: In this client-facing role, you’ll manage a portfolio of school accounts, helping yearbook advisers and staff successfully plan, produce, and submit their yearbooks. You’ll support customers through phone, email, and video calls — guiding them through online platforms, answering product questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering add-on solutions that enhance their experience. This role combines customer service, technical support, project management, and some sales/rebooking. Ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and loves helping others succeed.

What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for yearbook accounts in your territory Provide training and ongoing support for our yearbook design software and tools Track customer progress and deadlines to ensure timely submissions and delivery Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams when needed Process orders, invoices, and payments with accuracy and care Recommend additional products or services, rebook returning customers, and follow up with leads Keep detailed records of communication and account status in our systems

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple systems Background check and drug screen Skills for Success: Exceptional written and verbal communication Confidence working with technology and teaching others Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset Self-motivated and dependable team player
