Regional Security Operational Lead

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Delivery Coordination Lead and maintain integrated cybersecurity delivery plans across Network Security, Security Operations, Architecture, and Advisory teams. Coordinate technical workshops and align owners, dependencies, milestones, and timelines. Act as the central point of contact between Cybersecurity, Local IT, vendors, and transition teams. Track initiatives through implementation, migration, transition, hypercare, and operational handover.✅ Operational Governance Facilitate technical delivery meetings, status reviews, and governance forums. Manage project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints. Ensure clear ownership and accountability before transitioning services into operations. Escalate critical blockers requiring strategic, budget, or risk-based decisions.✅ Reporting & Stakeholder Management Provide concise executive-level status reports and updates. Consolidate delivery metrics and performance indicators across multiple workstreams. Document key decisions, exceptions, risks, and mitigation plans. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across North America and Europe.

What We're Looking For: 8-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity Delivery, Technical Program Management, Security Operations, or related fields. Proven track record coordinating multi-disciplinary technical teams in large-scale transformation or integration programs. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across global organizations. Knowledge of: Network Security Security Operations Center (SOC)SIEM Platforms Endpoint Security Vulnerability Management Cloud Security Exceptional communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Fluent English required; French is considered an asset.

Nice to Have: Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale cybersecurity integrations. Background managing complex security initiatives across multiple business units and regions. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent.
