About the role

Overview: In this role you act as the first point of contact for financial professionals, delivering customer service for supervision technology and guiding licensing and registration processes. You will address regulatory questions and support escalation with cross-functional partners. The position supports growth through ongoing learning and licensing advancement. You'll work remotely with flexibility while upholding regulatory standards and delivering reliable, accurate assistance. Responsibilities: Provide customer service for technology walkthroughs and regulatory inquiries. Support processes for registration and licensing. Address questions regarding FINRA, SEC, and state rules. Assist with matters related to mutual funds, annuities, and general securities. Collaborate with business partners on escalated issues.
Key requirements: Minimum of one year of recent customer service experience. Knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, annuities, and general securities. Familiarity with FINRA, SEC, and state rules and regulations. Active Series 7 license. FINRA SIE and Series 63 required or must be passed within 90 days of employment. Ability to learn and maintain knowledge in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in multitasking with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective oral and written communication skills.
