Assembler/Tester

Responsibilities: Assemble small, complex electrical pumps consisting of 60-150 pieces. Work collaboratively in a 'cell' environment with a team of 2-3 people. Ensure high-quality standards through attention to detail and manual dexterity. Interpret blueprints and work instructions hand tools and test stand equipment effectively. Problem-solve and critically think through assembly challenges. Communicate effectively within a close-knit team setting.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience or equivalent with small precision technical work or assembly of complex objects. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with hand tools and measuring equipment, such as micrometers. Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable team player. Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment. Must present a copy of diploma or GED prior to interview.
