AVP, Ambulatory Surgery Centers — Strategy & Operations

AtlantiCare seeks an Assistant Vice President to oversee its Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The role covers administration, budgeting, personnel management, planning, and clinical oversight to drive growth and ensure high-quality supervisory practices. The position requires RN licensure in New Jersey with an MSN or MBA or equivalent and 3–5 years of ambulatory surgery center management. Knowledge of DOH rules, AORN and AAAHC standards is preferred.
