Henderson, Nevada, Pediatrics Hospitalist Job

Start Date: ASAP Position: Permanent, Full-Time Schedule: Twelve 12-hour shifts per month Location Requirement: Must reside in the immediate local area; relocation may be required.

Position Overview: Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy 30-bed pediatric ER.ER volume approaches 55,000 patients annually. Collaborate closely with Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) physicians, hospitalists, and subspecialty teams. Work alongside child life specialists and pediatric social workers integrated into ER care. Participate in teaching and mentorship of pediatric, emergency medicine, and family practice residents, as well as Pediatric ER fellows. Full-time schedule consisting of twelve 12-hour shifts per month. Full scribe coverage provided to enhance efficiency and patient care. Collaborate with affiliated Pediatric ICU, CVICU, and NICU teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions. Open to BC/BE candidates, including new graduates and experienced providers. Recent inpatient experience is required.

Requirements: Board Eligible within 5 years of residency or Board Certified in Pediatrics. Active Nevada medical license. Current or recent inpatient hospital experience. Active DEA.CSR/CDS required.
