Responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting showings and CMAs, listing and marketing properties, guiding clients through pricing, offers, negotiations, and contracts, and coordinating inspections and closings. Prospect and cultivate buyer and seller leads through networking, marketing, and referrals Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, and market analyses (CMAs) List, market, and stage properties to maximize exposure and sale price Advise clients on pricing, offers, negotiations, and contract terms Prepare and review purchase agreements, disclosures, and other transaction documents Coordinate inspections, appraisals, financing, and closing activities Maintain detailed transaction records and stay compliant with real estate laws Leverage Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices tools, CRM, and marketing platforms Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and sales meetings Build long-term client relationships and support community engagement Residential real estate sales Lead generation and prospecting Comparative market analysis (CMA) Real estate contracts and disclosures Negotiation Client relationship management (CRM) Property marketing and digital advertising Local market knowledge Transaction coordination Real estate technology platforms (MLS, e-signature) Active state Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license Membership in local, state, and National Association of REALTORS (NAR) preferred MLS membership as required by local board Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
