JobSummary
TheSalonDirectorinTraininghelpsdrivestoreperformance, fosterssuperiorclientservice, andmaintainsoperationalexcellencetomeetorexceedestablishedproductivitygoals. Thisindividualwillmanageandsupervise TanningConsultantstoachievecompanygoalsandwillleadbyexampleinallcompanyoperations. TheSalonDirectorinTrainingfostersasenseofurgencytoachieveobjectivesandholdstheteamaccountablefordeliveringanexceptionalclientexperience.
Tasks&Responsibilities:
Responsibilitiesandessentialjobfunctionsincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing:
Monitorandmanagedailyoperationsofthesaloninafast-pacedenvironment.
Leadbyexampleinallcompanyoperationsincludingcreatingaclient-centricexperienceandmeetingpersonalsalesexpectations.
Maintainaprofessionalandimpeccablycleansalonenvironment.
Establishescleargoalsandobjectivesfor TeamMembers.
Providescoaching, training, andfeedbacktoimprove TeamMembers’dailyperformance.
Generatesalesreports, maintaininventory, andassistwithother SalonDirectorfunctions.
Assistthe SalonDirectorincontrollingtoplinerevenueandexpenses.
Helptomaintainproperstaffinglevelstoensuremaximumproductivityandexcellentcustomerservicewhilealsocontrollinglaborcosts.
Abilitytoworknights&weekends.
Abilitytoworka5-dayworkweekwithapproximately35to45hoursperweekdependingonhourlyorsalarystatus.
Experience: Managementand/orSalesexperiencerequired.
Beauty Industryand/orCustomerServiceexperiencepreferred.
