SVP, Marketing - Digital Strategy & Insights

Overview In this global role, you will lead Blackstone’s insights function to turn data into strategic guidance for senior leaders. You will build and unify research capabilities across regions, ensuring data integrity and timely, actionable reporting. Your work will enable cross-functional teams to make informed decisions that drive growth and performance. You will shape the analytics culture, foster collaboration, and advance the firm’s data-driven approach at scale. Responsibilities Define and execute a global insights strategy aligned with business goals across regions and units Oversee collection, analysis, and dissemination of insights; lead a team of insights professionals Unify disparate analytics programs into a cohesive function and promote cross-functional collaboration Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and relevance in reporting and dashboards Deliver actionable insights to leadership, support strategic decisions, and develop a robust reporting framework Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through proactive analysis; oversee audience/customer insights Key requirements 10+ years in a senior insights or analytics role, preferably global Proven experience in leading and integrating siloed analytics into a unified function Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations Excellent leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management abilities Exceptional communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders Experience developing and implementing insights strategies for business growth Proficiency in data analytics tools: SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BIKnowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance Bachelor’s degree; field related to Business, Economics, Data Science, Analytics is a plusleadershipstakeholder managementcommunicationSQLPythonR
