Heavy Equipment Service Writer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Open, maintain, and close repair work orders

QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or in the heavy equipment, construction, agricultural, trucking or diesel repair industry preferred Working knowledge of heavy equipment systems, diesel engines, hydraulics, and preventative maintenance Strong communication Excellent organizational and multitasking abComputer proficiency Ability to work independently and as a team Strong attention to detail Valid driver's licensePREFERRED EXPERIENCEHeavy equipment repair Construction equipment Agricultural equipment Diesel engines Hydraulic systems Fleet Maintenance Warranty administration Parts coordination Equipment scheduling and dispatchBENEFITSCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.
