Job Description:
NOW HIRING: Team Lead – Laundry / Production Location: Local Facility (Exact location provided during interview)Southland Employment Inc. is seeking a motivated Team Lead – Laundry / Production to oversee daily operations and lead a hardworking production team. If you have leadership experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team to meet daily production goals. Train, coach, and motivate employees. Monitor workflow and assign tasks for maximum efficiency. Ensure quality standards and company policies are followed. Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Report equipment or maintenance issues. Assist with inventory and supply management.
Qualifications:
✅ Previous laundry or production experience required.✅ Leadership or team lead experience preferred.✅ Strong communication and organizational skills.✅ Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.✅ Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.✅ Basic computer skills are a plus.
