The plan is for this individual to start on November 17th to get up to speed in time for the Spring Tax Busy Season. Base Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 (DOE)401K Match: 3.5%, vested 20% per year
Multiple Healthcare Options Employee Stock Ownership, including Partner buy-inPath toward Partnership - Multiple Individuals have been promoted to Partner within 3 years of joining the firm.
Hours/Schedule:
Regular Season: 40-45 HoursBusy Season: 55-60 HoursAll salaried positions must work 1,900 hours annually23 Days of Firm and Holiday Closures plus PTO (take time off when you need it!)Summer Fridays Off for Tax Team!!!
