Role:
Associate Director of Modeling & Simulations responsible for developing and executing M&S strategies within cross-functional drug development teams, primarily contributing to decision-making processes such as study design and dose selection.
Responsibilities include independently performing PK/PD modeling, clinical trial simulations, and process improvements in M&S capabilities.
Requirements:
PhD or Master's in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacometrics, or quantitative disciplines
6+ years (PhD) or 10+ years (Master's) experience in pharmacometric modeling within industry, academia, or regulatory settings.
Skills advanced proficiency in population PK/PD modeling, mechanistic modeling, and tools like NonMem, PsN, R, Phoenix
strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
High Value expertise in PK/PD principles, clinical development environment, cross-functional collaboration, and application of modeling to drug research and development
Work Setup hybrid or on-site, with flexible work arrangements.
