Air Experts Air Experts is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Want to earn more while talking to people?

Responsibilities: As an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator, you will: Engage with customers in a retail store environment. Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations. Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs. Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments. Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically. Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals. Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
Qualifications: You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:
  • Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
  • Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to stand and walk during shifts
  • Weekend and some holiday availability
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
  • Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
