- 5+ years of relevant experience in Compliance, policy content development, or learning & development within a financial services, exchange, or regulated environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering compliance training content.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Learn365).Analytical thinker and strong written and verbal communicator
- Day To Day:
The Senior Specialist, Compliance Training is responsible for our client's enterprise-wide Compliance Training program. You'll design and deliver training that translates policies and requirements into clear, usable guidance, supporting a strong culture of compliance and ethics and enabling confident and informed decision‐making. The work is highly visible, impactful, and collaborative, offering the opportunity to see your efforts translate into stronger compliance outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver compliance training across e-learning, microlearning, assessments, and job aids.
Translate regulatory and policy requirements into clear, user-friendly content.
Manage the compliance training calendar, content library, and version control process.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training accuracy and effectiveness.
Track completion rates, reporting, and program performance metrics.
Administer the LMS and evaluate new training technologies.
Support compliance certifications, training policies, and related procedures.
Ideal for candidates with experience in compliance, instructional design, learning & development, or regulatory training who enjoy creating impactful learning programs.
