We are seeking an experienced One Stream professional to lead a significant platform transformation, overseeing the migration of an existing One Stream environment from an on-premise deployment to One Stream SaaS. This individual will play a critical role in driving the migration strategy and execution, while taking ownership of the broader One Stream platform and its continued evolution. The position will combine hands-on technical development, platform administration, implementation leadership, and partnership with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders. Initially joining on a contract basis, this individual will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position, assuming long-term ownership of the One Stream environment, driving system enhancements, and ensuring the platform continues to support the organization's evolving financial and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration of the existing One Stream environment from on-premise to One Stream SaaS, overseeing technical planning, architecture, execution, testing, and deployment. Own the end-to-end One Stream platform, including ongoing administration, configuration, maintenance, optimization, and future enhancements. Develop and execute the technical roadmap for One Stream, identifying opportunities to improve functionality, scalability, automation, and overall platform performance. Design, develop, and maintain One Stream business rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workspaces, and XF Marketplace solutions. Support and enhance core financial processes across Financial Close, Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Account Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable One Stream solutions. Manage platform integrations, data flows, and automation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and establish best practices around platform governance, documentation, and development standards. Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary point of contact for One Stream, providing guidance and support to business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience implementing, administering, and enhancing One Stream. Demonstrated experience leading One Stream implementations and, specifically, migrating One Stream environments from on-premise to SaaS.Strong technical understanding of One Stream architecture, configuration, and platform administration. Experience developing One Stream business rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workspaces, XF Marketplace solutions, and platform automation. Strong understanding of Financial Close, Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Account Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, and broader EPM processes. Experience managing system integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities. Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate as both a hands-on technical resource and a strategic platform owner.
