Program Manager - Group Home

Training ProvidedRESPONSIBILITIESSupervises the group home staff assigned to the setting and coordinates the daily activities essential to the completion of the service objectives for the individuals-supported residential setting. Mentoring residents related to basic life skills: maintaining households, such as cleaning their home, doing laundry, assisting in meal preparation, shopping, etc Ensures a safe environment is maintained by communicating procedures with residents, supportcoordinators, visitors, andstaff. Provides assistance in following special or prescribed diets. Assisting in dressing, bathing, and grooming Supervising and administration of prescribed medications under the written prescription of a physician. Assisting in evaluating the needs of residents with family members, case managers, and others in the resident's support team. Provide backup to the Program Director Schedule flexibility, some weekends Hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and will vary depending on need.
