IT Business Analyst Finance - FR2052a

Project Context We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AxiomSL (ControllerView) Business Analyst with deep functional expertise in FR 2052a (Complex Institution Liquidity Monitoring Report) and FR Y-15 (Banking Organization Systemic Risk Report). This role will lead a comprehensive GAP analysis of the current data landscape against FR 2052a and FR Y-15 requirements, identifying data deficiencies and guiding stakeholders through data sourcing, mapping, and transformation strategy. Business Analysis and IT Coordination Determine "as-is" vs. "to-be" data landscapes, identifying missing data fields, granularity issues, and data quality gaps for both reports Partner with Finance business stakeholders to build a strong understanding of the bank's business lines and products Provide clear, actionable guidance to data architects and upstream systems on the specific data elements requiring sourcing (transactional, counterparty, collateral, and balance sheet data) Translate complex Federal Reserve regulatory instructions into clear Business and Functional Requirement Documents (BRD/FRD) Develop detailed data mapping specifications from source systems to the Axiom Operational Data Store (ODS) and consolidated data model
