Description
Role: Delivery Partner - Telecom - Communication Media and Information Services
Location: Plano, TX
Responsibilities:
- Working in a cross functional environment with Delivery team, Pre-Sales and Solutions team.
- Responsible for Operational Governance with customer and internal reviews
- Look for opportunities within the existing areas
- Responsible for working with partnersSLA and other matrix reporting internally & end customer
- Create a culture of accountability towards positive business and customer experience outcomes.
- Will manage a team of 50 - 100 team members initially
Requirements:
At least 18-20 Years of experience in managing B2B Telecom operations across multiple locations Excellent communication and People management skills#LI-AD1
