Fee For Service: $50 to $125 per visit, depending on the type of visit. Our VNSW@Home nurses ensure the quality and safe delivery of home health services. They assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate all care in the home. The nurse carries out this process in a collaborative relationship with the patient and through the supervision and training of Home Health Aides.
