Maintenance Specialist IIThe Maintenance Specialist II is primarily responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the properties owned or maintained by To The Rescue while also maximizing the living experience for residents and the community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all resident maintenance issues are resolved expertly and efficiently. The person in this position will be the face of To The Rescue. This person will need to exemplify a positive, professional, and friendly environment that we support at To The Rescue.
