Aroma Coffee and Cafe Manager

Coffee Shop ManagerAroma Coffee and Cafe is looking for an ambitious individual with great people skills to manage out coffee shop. This is a full time position. Coffee shop and food service experience is required. Key responsibilities include staff training, ordering, key holder duties, greeting customers, answering questions, entering orders, preparing drinks (grinding beans, brewing coffee/tea), preparing food (sandwiches, soups, salads, baked goods), cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, washing dishes and equipment, and adhering to all food safety regulations and quality control. Job qualifications include exceptional customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills, all applicants must pass background check and drug test, and ServSafe Certification.
