Field-Based HR Manager Hospitality Operations

Riviera Dining Group is seeking a Manager of Human Resources for Venue Operations. The role will move across multiple dining venues and occasionally support the corporate HR office. Responsibilities include onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, investigations, and safety/workers' compensation processes. You will partner with Operations, HR, and leadership to foster a fair, engaging workplace. Reports to the Director, HR Administration and travels among venues as needed.
