About the role

Job Description: PreferredAt least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes for Web, Mobile, Tablet and other digital channels. At least 4 years of experience in working with clients at a strategic and tactical level At least 7 years of experience with:

Setting up UX roadmaps and Planning
User Research (Personas, Contextual Inquiry, etc.)Information Architecture (Site Structure, Navigation Design)
Interaction Design (Interaction Models, wireframe development, clickable prototypes using Axure and other such tools)
Usability Testing (Test Planning, Test Script development, Conducting Remote and lab-based usability tests)

Great communication skills and abilities in working with cross functional teams of UX Architects, Visual Designers and Front-end Developers. Degree in a related field, such as Interactive Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or Human Factors Experience designing highly transactional websites or web-based applications Hands-on design skills in wireframes, persona development Experience with both traditional solution delivery methodologies, and with rapid, iterative solution delivery methods, such as Agile Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, decentralized environment Ability to successfully juggle multiple projects in a compressed timeline, with competing priorities Good command over wireframing tools like Axure, Visio and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of Visual Design is a Plus.

Qualifications: Basic Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience with User Experience Design - Usability, User Research, Interaction and Visual Design.
