What you'll do:
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIsLead technical architecture decisions and code reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
- Collaborate with product and design to ship user-facing features
- Improve system reliability, performance, and security
- Contribute to engineering best practices and documentation
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience with React and modern frontend frameworks
- Solid understanding of database design and SQLExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience with AI/ML integrations or LLMsBackground in fintech or enterprise software Experience with document processing or OCRContributions to open source projects
