JCW is recruiting on behalf of a well-respected and growing specialty insurance platform for a Senior Operations & Integration Leader. This is a newly created role reporting directly to senior leadership, with a strong focus on acquisition integration, special projects, and building scalable processes as the platform continues to expand. You'll work closely with the leadership team and become a key part of managing acquisition and integration activity, helping initiatives move from planning to execution and keeping teams accountable along the way.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the executive to set priorities and own key cross-functional initiatives from plan to delivery Drive process improvement and lead systems and technology projects through rollout and adoption Manage acquisition integrations and take on new strategic priorities as the business grows Qualifications 5+ years in operations, strategy, transformation, with a record of delivering complex initiatives end to end, specifically in insurance Hands-on experience leading process improvement and systems implementations If you're someone who thrives on turning strategy into execution and wants to help shape the operations of a growing specialty platform, we'd like to hear from you.
