Talent Manager @ Three Roads AgencyRemote | Contract | Monthly Retainer + Strong Commission Are you a talent manager working independently, or at an agency that doesn't give you the support, systems, or opportunities to grow? Three Roads Agency is looking for experienced talent managers representing creators, creatives, and other talent categories who want to scale their book of business without sacrificing autonomy. We're looking for managers who currently manage an active roster or can build one quickly.
The Role:
You'll plug into Three Roads' shared infrastructure, brand relationships, and team, bringing the roster you have today and growing it from there. We run on best-in-industry talent management systems that handle deal tracking, contracts, payments, reporting, and admin. That removes the manual work so you can focus on growing business for your talent: building brand relationships, developing careers, and closing deals. You'll start with a monthly retainer plus a strong commission share on the profit you generate. The role is built as a pathway to a full-time seat as your roster and revenue scale.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow your roster of creators, creatives, or other talent categories
- Develop monetization strategies and long-term career plans for your talent
- Pitch, negotiate, and close brand partnerships and campaigns
- Collaborate with other Three Roads managers on cross-roster opportunities
- Run your business through our talent management systems for deals, contracts, payments, and reporting
- Build relationships with brands, agencies, and platform partners
Who You Are:
- Currently managing an active roster you can bring to Three Roads, or able to build one quickly
- Experienced in creator, influencer, talent, or model management
- Proven track record negotiating brand deals and creating monetization opportunities
- Organized, communicative, and relationship-driven
- Comfortable operating independently within a collaborative team
