Pharmacist in Bridgeport, CT

Location: Bridgeport, CT

Schedule: 5 shifts per week 8-hour day or evening shifts (dependent on department needs)

Responsibilities: Deliver clinical pharmacy services within pediatric and women's health units Participate in medication dispensing and operational oversight Potentially serve as Pharmacist in Charge or contribute to sterile processing based on competency Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for medication management and documentation

Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience PGY1 residency training preferred, or equivalent 2-3 years experience without residency CT Pharmacist license is required Prior exposure to children's and women's health pharmacy practices Proficient with EPIC and Pyxis medication systems This contract role caters to pharmacists who are adaptable and eager to practice in a dynamic clinical environment with opportunities to expand into operational leadership.
