Project Manager – Commercial MEP Construction A leading commercial MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects, manage budgets and schedules, maintain client relationships, and mentor project staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, costs, and change orders
- Apply MEP construction knowledge to coordinate project scope, systems, schedules, and field activities
- Provide project updates to clients and leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and ensure timely project delivery
- Mentor and provide feedback to Project Engineers
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Commercial construction/MEP experience preferred
- Experience managing subcontractors and small teams
- Strong financial, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
