About the Role:
We are looking for a U.S.-based Technical Client Partner / Solutions Consultant to help coordinate client communication, support technical discussions, gather project requirements, and ensure smooth collaboration between clients, developers, candidates, and our internal engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with software engineering experience who is comfortable speaking with clients, understanding technical needs, and representing an engineering team professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client meetings, discovery calls, and technical discussions
- Gather, clarify, and document project requirements
- Translate business needs into clear technical solutions
- Represent Acedevshop professionally during client interactions
- Support technical interviews and candidate evaluations when needed
- Coordinate communication between clients, developers, and internal teams
- Provide technical guidance, solution recommendations, and project insights
- Help ensure successful project execution from discovery through delivery
- Build long-term client relationships through clear and reliable communication
Requirements:
- Must be based in the United StatesNative or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Software engineering experience or strong technical background
- Comfortable leading client meetings and technical conversations
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering teams
