Senior Associate General Counsel, Litigation – Healthcare

Lifepoint Health seeks a Senior Associate General Counsel, Litigation (SAGC-L) to lead and supervise litigation initiatives focused on managed care disputes. The role reports to the VP and Managing Counsel, Litigation, and works from our Brentwood, TN offices. Key responsibilities include overseeing disputes, managing outside counsel, handling discovery and internal investigations, and advising on third-party agreements while ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic risk mitigation.
