Systems Engineer - VeloCloud

To support strategic MSP/SP partners, the full-time Systems Engineer - VeloCloud will serve as the primary technical relationship owner, facilitating the design, launch, and operationalization of SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services in a remote capacity. Key responsibilitiesOwn and manage technical relationships with assigned MSP/SP accounts, engaging with stakeholders across various organizational levels Assist partners in creating and marketing differentiated SD-WAN and SD-Branch services, ensuring seamless integration into their operational frameworks Lead solution design and technical presentations for customer-facing opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growthRequired qualificationsBS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services, particularly in Service Provider or Managed Service Provider environments Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), WAN technologies, and SD-WAN Experience in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution design Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting (REST APIs, Python, Ansible) is a plus
