Director of Government Affairs - State & Local Policy

Progress Residential is seeking a Director of Government Relations to advocate before state and local governments on policies impacting the SFR industry. You will report to the Vice President of Government Affairs and lead strategy, relationship-building, and policy positions with internal teams and external consultants. The role requires 7–10 years in government relations, strong policy analysis, and a track record of influencing lawmakers.
