The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and communicating a clear design vision that is deeply rooted in clinical-first principles and the realities of primary care. This role involves leading a talented team of product designers and design partners, shaping an AI-native design organization, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, coherent, and impactful product experiences. The Head of Design will also be instrumental in building a high-performing design function, fostering a culture of user research, and partnering with cross-functional teams to translate company strategy into a focused product experience roadmap. Applicants for the Head of Design position at the company should have significant experience in leading product design, particularly in complex, multi-surface, or highly regulated environments. A background in healthcare, health technology, enterprise SaaS, or similar domains where trust and workflow quality are paramount is highly valued.
