What will you do Colgate-Palmolive Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program is a 24-month development program designed to prepare you to be a future leader. The program provides first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in Customer Development, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, and exposure to a fast track of commercial business management. You will partner with the business to drive transformation, accelerate people capabilities, and nurture a performance-driven culture for a winning South ASEAN business.
