Senior Email Production & Journeys Lead

Torrid is seeking a Manager of Email Production to lead the Email Production team in delivering data-driven and personalized email, SMS, and push programs. You will own end-to-end content production, lifecycle journeys, and reusable templates, partnering with Marketing, Creative, CRM, Data, and IT to implement sophisticated customer experiences. You will mentor digital producers, set production standards, and explore AI-enabled automation to increase efficiency and accuracy across campaigns.
