Warehouse Lead

Skills and Experience: Coordinate and lead daily warehouse activities Assign work and provide direction to warehouse associates Monitor inbound and outbound shipments Assist with receiving, storing, picking, staging, and shipping material Help maintain accurate inventory and product locations Ensure materials are moved and staged according to daily production needs Monitor productivity and make sure assigned work is completed correctly and on time Train and support new and existing team members Promote safe operation of forklifts and other material-handling equipment Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company policies Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment Communicate operational issues, shortages, damages, or delays to management Complete required warehouse reports and documentation Step in and assist the team with warehouse duties when needed

Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience required Previous Lead or Team Lead experience strongly preferred Forklift experience preferred Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Comfortable working on the warehouse floor and leading by example Basic computer/Warehouse Management System experience is a plus
