HVACR Inside Sales Representative

What You'll Do: Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for HVACR customers Provide product knowledge, technical guidance, and proactive solutions Manage inbound sales calls and support outside sales with customer needs Identify opportunities to cross-sell HVACR product lines and increase account growth Understand and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, order processing, and delivery Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities Why Join Porter Pipe? What You'll Bring: Minimum of three years of HVACR or hydronic heating experience Wholesale distribution experience required Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Product/application experience within HVACR preferred
