Food and Beverage Attendant - CAT 4

Job Title Essential Job Duties-Be aware of how all food should be displayed. Serves and restocks food. Re-stocks cutlery, napkins and condiments etc. as required Remove all good offerings as directed Serves customers at all outlets in accordance with company and departmental operating standards. Completes setup and closing tasks as required and assigned. Ensure all Company and external rules with respect to hygiene are strictly followed. Keeps food areas clean and tidy at all times. When necessary assists in the bussing and cleaning of tables. Maintains and reconciles cash drawer. Processes all sales through the POS system using agreed Company procedures. Handles any Guest complaints, and solicits the support of a supervisor as needed. Develops and maintains an up to date knowledge of all Company events and promotions and be able to answer guests questions accordingly Performs all other duties as assigned
