About the role
Draftsman This is a full-time remote role as a Draftsman at a United States company. The Draftsman will design renderings and site plans in AutoCAD for construction projects. You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based construction / development company.
Qualifications:
A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture 5+ years experience with Auto Cad 5+ years experience in the construction industry Experience looking up building codes and regulations An eye for design and a background in architecture or civil engineering Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and remotely Proficiency in project management tools
Requirements:
Typing speed 40+ words per minute Ability to work on US time zoneA clean and professional remote work environment Fast internet, a second monitor and a fast computer
Salary:
$1,250-2,400 per month, paid in USD depending on experience. Details: Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly. Client has a desire for long term commitment.
