Founding Growth Architect - GTM & Scalable Onboarding

The Sentience Company seeks a Founding Growth hire to own GTM and growth at Sentience, building an engine to attract, nurture, and onboard high-value users at scale. You will work directly with the founding team and first users to shape how millions create and leverage their digital self. You will experiment with distribution channels, drive onboarding at scale, and help grow the company toward a customer-centric future. This role is NYC-based, in person, and highly collaborative.
