Full-Time | In-Person | Client-FacingAbout the RoleMCL Talent Partners is recruiting on behalf of a local client seeking a Sales Representative to support continued growth across the Kansas City metro. This position focuses on building relationships with local businesses, meeting with employers and employees, and helping clients understand available voluntary workplace benefit options. No prior industry experience is required. The client provides structured training, field mentorship, licensing support, and ongoing professional development. This opportunity may be a strong fit for someone coming from customer service, hospitality, retail, account support, recruiting, or another people-focused background who enjoys working directly with clients.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with local business clients
- Meet face-to-face with business owners, decision-makers, and employees
- Explain available voluntary workplace benefit options
- Support client onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing account needs
- Manage appointments, follow-up, and client activity using CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional and comfortable working directly with clients
- Coachable, organized, and dependable
- Able to manage follow-up and daily activity independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete required state licensing
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, account support, or sales can be helpful but is not required.
