What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential garage doors and garage door openers
- Perform safety inspections and identify repair or replacement needs
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Maintain accurate job information using a company-provided tablet
- Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment organized
- Follow A1 Door Company safety and service standards
What We're Looking For:
- Previous residential garage door service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, professional, and motivated
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
