Remote VP, Industrial Acquisitions - Lead & Close Deals

Rising Realty Partners, LP is seeking a Vice President, Industrial Acquisitions to lead deal sourcing, underwriting, and capital formation across Western markets. The role combines autonomy with high-visibility transactions and close collaboration with the Head of Capital Markets. You will manage relationships with brokers, owners, and partners, run diligence through closing, and help shape strategy for a growing industrial platform. Remote work is supported, with regular travel to markets.
